   That’s not as weird of a statement as you might think. Most vegans use bananas as a natural egg replacement in cakes.
   That being said, bananas do not make a good egg substitute in an omelette.

   Bananas are perfectly good egg substitutes in some cooking recipes. Many cookies can be made with bananas in place of eggs and be delicious!

   I see everyone already pointed out what I was going to. Perhaps this statement is bizarre to non-vegans, but it’s legit.
